About Us
About Us
CHILDREN, a non-governmental organization established in 2003 under the West Bengal Societies Registration Act, 1961, focuses on the holistic development of children aged 2 to 18 years and youths aged 19 to 24 years in resettlement colonies in Bawana and Shahbad Dairy, North Delhi. Over the past decade, CHILDREN has dedicated itself to empowering these communities and breaking the cycle of poverty through a range of initiatives.
The organization's strategic framework, driven by its programs, is pivotal in providing comprehensive support. This includes ensuring access to education and health services, actively engaging community stakeholders in the process. By addressing these fundamental developmental needs, CHILDREN aim to create sustainable impacts and improve the overall quality of life for children and youths in marginalized communities.
CHILDREN's programs encompass education, health initiatives, life skills training, and employability education. These efforts are designed to equip young individuals with essential tools for personal growth and community development. Through its work, CHILDREN underscore its commitment to fostering positive change and empowerment among vulnerable populations in North Delhi, ultimately striving for a brighter future for all those it serves.
The number of individuals who have actively participated in our campaigns is significant. We invite you to join us as well!
